In the design of pitched photovoltaic mounting brackets , our engineer need ask the beam distance of the roof. Why? Many customers do not know that:
1.The beam spacing involves the L feet or hooks fixed on the beam (generally the main beam), and the distance between the two main beams is the span of the solar rail. If it’s tin roof solar mount, it is necessary to install the L Feet Group to fix the rail, and the rail of the ceramic tile solar panel support needs to be fixed by installing a hook;
2.Based on the span of the main beam and combined with the local maximum wind speed and snow load, we can judge how to use the rail, use two or three aluminum rail, or use a stronger rail;
3.Because two support points (two L feets or tile roof hooks) are needed under one rail, we need to adjust the length of the rail to achieve it;
The above conditions all need to be realized according to the beam spacing, so as to achieve a cost-saving and safe bracket.
