With the international community's attention to energy conservation and emission reduction, solar energy products are more and more widely used, and photovoltaic power generation is more widely used. When the existing solar photovoltaic support used on the bottom is fixed, it usually adopts the form of screw in ground or fixing with cement pier. Because of its convenience, the ground screw is more widely used than the cement pier.
Screw ground is a kind of drilling pile with helical characteristics, including drill bit/drill pipe/helical blade and connecting pipe, which is connected with the input joint of power source. It can be easily driven into the ground directly as a screw body. Ground screw has infiltration and compaction effect on the soil around the screw hole, which improves the side friction resistance of the soil around the screw and makes it easy to use as a screw body. The screw foundation has strong bearing capacity, pull-out resistance, horizontal resistance, small deformation and good stability. Bolted ground screw can reduce the cost of foundation, shorten the installation time and reduce the environmental impact on the ground photovoltaic support system. Since its invention, it has replaced the traditional concrete pillars and towers, and has been widely used in photovoltaic projects with more than 2GW installed capacity worldwide. As a quick and cost-effective solution, drilling bolts can be applied in all known geological environments, from loose soil to bedrock, sandy land, swamp and 30 degree slope.
Although Ground Screw Solar Mounting System have many advantages, they can not be installed in the following places:
1. Soil acidity and alkalinity are too high.
2. The bearing capacity of soil is not enough and the soil is too soft
3.There are huge hard objects in the soil.
