SunRack Solar adjustable mounting brackets are widely used in the installation of rooftop photovoltaic and open ground solar application. We have several solutions of tilt adjustable leg groups for panel installation accordingly to different positions.
The first thing is that you need to confirm which kind of rooftop you are going to mount on: metal roof sheet or flat rooftop (open ground)? As there are different fixing screw proposal accordingly to the installation:
Screw option 1: self-drilling screws on metal roof types. It is important to provide us your distances between purlins. We need this info to propose the leg group span, due to the leeward in pitched rooftop, we’ll have to make sure that all of the leg group will be fixed on purlin to share the load on the whole roof systems, to keep safe.
Screw Option 2: expansion screws on flat rooftop(directly)/concrete base on flat roof or concrete base on open ground. In all these situation, we’ll propose the expansion screw for adjustable pv mounting systems fixing.
The second thing is that you need to confirm us the adjustable range you are going to mount for your panels. There are 225mm adjustable leg group and 455mm adjustable leg group for your choice. Share you the tilt range of different panel size as below for your reference:
