The market for distributed generation will rise.

According to preliminary statistics, after the 531 policy, the installed scale of household, industrial and commercial distributed photovoltaic (DPV) will remain above 7GW, which is even more than the installed capacity in the same period of 2016 and 2017.

At the same time, recently, shandong, hunan, hebei, zhejiang, anhui and other major photovoltaic provinces successively issued notices to clarify the subsidies in the transitional period, which greatly boosted the distributed photovoltaic market.For 2019 subsidy ,it will probably be carried out at 0.2 yuan/kwh,with a continuous subsidy of 20 years.

In addition, there will be 15GW of new poverty alleviation indicators will be issued in 2019 .

If the indicators can be timely implemented and new policies are introduced, the distributed photovoltaic market will rise again in 2019.

Affordable Internet access will grow

With the development and changes of the photovoltaic industry, more and more photovoltaic enterprises begin to focus on technological innovation and cost reduction and efficiency increase, and the cost of the industry has decreased significantly. In the past decade, the comprehensive cost has decreased by 80%, and this trend of cost reduction will be continued in 2019.

In terms of cost, component production cost is expected to drop to 1 yuan/watt, inverter price will be close to 0.1 yuan/watt.

With the decrease of photovoltaic power station cost and the improvement of product efficiency, more and more affordable Internet access projects will appear in the market next year, especially industrial and commercial projects in east China, south China and other regions.
