The home solar photovoltaic power system is a small distributed photovoltaic system. Therefore, the actual situation should be fully considered in the design process. Generally, it should follow the principles of economical application, high reliability, durable, easy to maintain, and fully consider the impact of geography and climate environment.
Installation location selection
The location of the home power system can generally be selected on the rooftop or open ground of the home. The conditions that need to be considered are the usable area, house structure and load-bearing requirements, ground foundation conditions, and meteorological and hydrological conditions. If you choose to install on your own roof, the roof load-bearing capacity must be greater than 20kg/m2.
If you choose to install it on a sloping roof, it is usually not possible to design the best inclination angle like a ground power station, and consider the front and rear shielding spacing. In order to facilitate the integration of photovoltaic modules and the roof, generally installs photovoltaic mounting brackets on the rooftop directly, with the northern hemisphere facing the south and the southern hemisphere facing the north, so that the maximum efficiency of light energy can be used. The tile roof solar mounting system is connected to the roof with stainless steel tile roof hooks or clamps, and the battery components are then installed on the solar mounting support. This method is not only beautiful, but also maximizes the use of roof area, as shown in Figure 2.
If you choose to install it on your own open ground, you can use concrete base ground mounting or rammed ground mounting structures(ground screw/pile mount) . choose which one needs to be comprehensively considered from the geological conditions and cost. In addition, the design of the foundation strength of the support should be based on local weather conditions.
It should be noted that, considering the thermal expansion and contraction effects of the components, the spacing between the upper, lower, left, and right components should
