Recently, our customer from Bulgaria has finished assembling the solar panel ground mounting systems and shared some elegant and beautiful project photos with us.
Sunforson has kept providing our customers with various types of different solar ground mounting brackets such as ground screw mounting, concrete based ground mounting and pile, single pole mount, which can be installed on almost any kind of ground and soil.
For this passage, we are going to talk about some technical considerations when installing the ground mounting brackets.
Primarily, the anti-wind requirement. Wind resistance is a key factor for pv brackets installation. Normally, when customers inquire us about the quotation, we will ask them for clear project details and the wind resistance is needed for consideration. If they have no idea about it, the local max wind speed within recent 50 years can be for reference. Wind resistance concerns the whole structure’s stability and security, it also affects the ground clearance and tilted angle of the structure. How to make sure the bracket is stable enough? We can use the bracket with both aluminum alloy and stainless steel materials, which to some extent will make the system strong and look fine.
Secondly, the array pitch. The distance between two arrays will influence the power generation efficiency. When installing the pv panel, we should prevent the back array from being shaded by the front array. So we need to take the geographic location, solar motion, the height of bracket installation in consideration.
In addition, some domestic large-scale photovoltaic power stations widely use the concrete based ground solar mounting bracket. One is to consider the local geographical conditions, the second is cost control. While in foreign countries, thinking about the reuse of ground, people prefer the pile foundation ground solar mounts. No matter what kind of pv bracket base, we should consider local geographical condition, weather, power generation efficiency and so on.
