1.Anti-corrosion
It has excellent corrosion resistance to acid, alkali, organic solvents and salts, and many other gas and liquid media. It has incomparable advantages in the field of anti-corrosion. According to the requirement of practical application, o-phenyl, m-phenyl and vinyl resins can be chosen as matrix materials economically.
2.Light weight, high strength, easy to cut and install
It is made of resin and glass fiber, so its density is less than 2 kilograms per cubic centimeter, only 1/4 of steel and 2/3 of aluminium. Its strength is 10 times that of the rigid polyvinyl chloride, and its absolute strength is higher than that of aluminium and common steel. Its light weight can greatly reduce the foundation support, thus reducing the material cost of the project. Its cutting and installation is easy, no need for fire and large lifting equipment, only a small amount of manual and electric tools are needed, which greatly reduces the installation cost.
3.Anti-aging
Theoretically, the service life is more than 20 years.(The actual service life is related to the use environment)
4.Antiflaming
The flame propagation rate of ordinary flame retardant grille (ASTM E-84) is no more than 25. The flame propagation rate of advanced flame retardant vinyl grille is no more than 10. Oxygen index is not less than 28 (GB 8924).
5.Security
It has excellent electrical insulation, no breakdown at 10KV voltage, no electromagnetic property, and can be used in magnetic sensitive equipment. The special structure of FRP grille also has the characteristics of anti-slip and anti-fatigue.
6.Strong designability
Flexible and various sizes, easy to cut, stable size.
